The VPI Rental Department
has been assisting Vineyards property owners manage their rental properties
for over eight years!
What's the secret to our success? We know the vineyards market and
treat all of our clients "like family" explains rental associates
Kathy and Patty. "We make sure that the Vineyard experience is a
good one!" We send out over 500 brochures to prospective tenants each
year, which results in VPI handling 99% of all of the rentals in our
community. Prospective purchasers seek out our rentals because they
offer the opportunity to experience the Vineyards lifestyle firsthand.
So, seasonal rentals, with country club membership transfers, are
in the highest demand each year.
The outlook for seasonal rentals looks good. Most are booked quite early, but there are still attractively
decorated condos, coach homes and villas available for some High Season months. With the completion of Cleveland Clinic and other companies
moving into the Naples area, a growing need for annual rental properties has also become evident in Vineyards. Transferees
seeking larger properties have contacted our office recently.

Knowing that each and
every member at Vineyards has different likes and dislikes,
the Club has orchestrated a number of membership packages from
which to choose. From a simple social membership to a full membership
package, life at Vineyards Country Club is a pleasure for one
and all.

| Full members are entitled
to use all of the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social
facilities of the Club. Full members have a seven-day sign-up
privilege to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times.
Full Members shall not pay green fee or court fees for use of
the golf and tennis facilities of the Club, but shall pay golf

| Sports Members are
entitled to limited use of golf and all of the tennis, swimming,
fitness and social facilities of the Club. Sports members
will have a limited access to play golf upon payment of green
fees and golf cart fees. Sports members shall have a one-day
sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times. However, from
January 1, to April 30, Sports Interim Members may not play
before 12:00 noon. Sports Interim Members may not play golf
on holidays or other days so designated by the Club. Sports
Members may also play golf on a space-available basis on the
day of the play. From January 1 to April 30, Sports members
may only use the practice facilities on days they are playing
golf. Sports members shall have a five-day sign-up privilege
to reserve tennis court time and shall not pay court fees. Sports
Members may not participate in the Men's or Women's Golf Associations.

Tennis Members are entitled to
use all of the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities
of the Club. Tennis Members have a five-day sign-up
privilege to reserve tennis court times and shall not be required
to pay court fees for use of the tennis facilities of the club.
Tennis Members shall not be permitted to use any of the golf
facilities of the Club, including the practice facilities.

Social Members are entitled to use all of the swimming, fitness and social facilities of the club. Social Members shall not be permitted to use any of the golf or tennis facilities of the Club.
