$1000.00 - Non-Refundable Reservation, fee due at booking.

50% of Rental Amount - Due 30 days after booking.

Balance of remaining fees - Due 60 Days prior to arrival. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are due in Full at time of booking. (Includes security deposit, exit cleaning fee, 10% state and local tax and remaining rent due)
If payment is not received on time the contract will be null and void.

Association Application Fees, Deposits & Country Club transfer fees and state tax may apply.



The initial $1,000.00 booking fee is non-refundable and must be paid prior to contract. Cancellation must be IN WRITING and is effective the date received at Vineyards Properties, Inc. When a written cancellation is received prior to September 1st, Vineyards Properties, Inc. will retain 50% of all rent payments received, outside of the non-refundable booking fee. There is no refund for cancellations received after September 1st. Vineyards Properties, Inc. will make every effort possible to re rent the property, but cannot guarantee such rental. Vineyards Properties, Inc. is not responsible for any funds paid to the Country Club or to an Association.



A tenant who is designated as the beneficial user of the equity membership belonging to the homeowner, shall be entitled, upon payment of all required charges and fees, to the following privileges of membership:



FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIP
November - April | $742 Transfer Fee
May - October | $212 Transfer Fee

Full Golf Members are entitled to use the golf, tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club. Golf is available upon payment of cart fees only and tee times may be requested through our computerized tee time system up to seven days in advance. Full Golf Members shall have a five day sign up privilege to reserve tennis court times and shall not pay court fees.

SPORTS GOLF MEMBERSHIP
$212 Transfer Fee

Sports Golf Members are entitled to use the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club.
Sports Golf Members will have limited access to play golf upon payment of greens fees and golf cart fees.
Sports Golf Members shall have a one day sign-up privilege to reserve golf starting times.
However, from January 1, to April 30, Sports Golf Members may only play after 12:00 noon. Sports Golf Members may also play golf on a space available basis on the day of play. From January 1 to April 30, Sports Golf Members may only use the practice facilities on the days they are playing golf. Sports Golf Members shall have a five day sign up privilege to reserve tennis court times and shall not pay court fees. Driving range privileges can be purchased for a fee of $170.

TENNIS MEMBERSHIP
$212 Transfer Fee

Tennis Members are entitled to use the tennis, swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club.
Tennis Members have a five-day sign up privilege to reserve tennis court times and shall not be required to pay court fees for use of the facilities of the Club.
Tennis Members shall not be permitted to use any of the golf facilities of the Club, including the practice facilities.

SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
$212 Transfer Fee

Social Members shall be entitled to use the swimming, fitness and social facilities of the Club.
Social Members shall not be permitted to use any of the golf or tennis facilities of the Club, including the practice facilities.
